Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Cambodia. Express shipping is available for 1-2 day delivery. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $5.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Some items like personalized products or intimate items are final sale.
To start a return, log into your account and go to your order history. Select the order and click "Return Items". Follow the instructions to print your return label. You can also contact our support team for assistance.
Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
