Not satisfied? Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Return
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to Order History. Select the item you want to return.
Print Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label that will be emailed to you.
Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any shipping location.
Receive Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Follow the same return process and select "Exchange" instead of "Refund". We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement right away.
